Can’t remember if I mentioned already that I have a Pyjama/pool/Old School RNB Party to go to. The weather is meant to be 39 degrees tomorrow so the pool should be nice and warm. I do need to find some non-thin pyjamas as the ones I wear to bed now are pretty see through.

Pretty much over the whole going to town thing or going to Glenelg, must be getting old? getting wise? My mate Dave is meant to be attempting to make Pho tomorrow so I’m looking forward to see if that becomes a success or failure. I don’t think it is that easy.

Got hooked up with a pool party for New Years Eve so that should be pretty awesome. Not sure I am hot enough to jump in the pool need another 90 days for P90x! Today I’m heading down to Silver Sands about 50 minutes south of Adelaide to do some fishing on a friends boat, I actually hate fishing, never catch anything whenever I go. Has anyone got any good tips? Will be interesting to see if I get anything this time.

Will probably end up doing a bit of swimming as well. There are some beaches that you can only get to by boat which sounds great.

What is everyone else doing for New Years Eve or their holidays?

Quick run down of the nights events, don’t remember times or what order they happened in, but at least they will be here so we don’t forget them:

•  Rushed off about 6:00ish cause we were scared we might not get Ice for the night and Margaret spotted some on the way home from work so ended up getting 5 bags. Think that ended up being enough
• Carkus rocked up at my place and we headed off to Joe and Quynh’s place
• Pretty much hardly got to put anything down once I got there and everyone was saying to get in the pool, figured I should jump in voluntarily before I get thrown in so got changed and jumped in. Water was awesome. Don’t think too much happened for a while
• Got the story from Heath as to why there was no beats pumpin. He needed a cable, headphone jack to RCA. Not sure why he never called anyone to say ‘dudes can you bring one’ cause pretty much all of us had one at home. Anyway he called Pete to bring one, who said he would but I think everyone was still concerned that the entire music show was relying on pete.
• Had a few drinks in the pool, Jameson + Coke + Chlorine, good mix!
• People kept rocking up, Pete made it AND he had the cable. Hai faiiive. DJ Heath setup his equipment (pentium 3 + Itunes)
• Ordered 12? pizzas from Dominos.
• Got out of the pool
• Got in the pool
• Got out of the pool and ate pizza.
• I think most people had arrived by now, but the problem was there were a few people that hadn’t tried out the awesomeness of the pool, and being such good friends we couldn’t let them go without.
• First victim/friend – Peter. He gave us the old ‘Nah dudes i have condolense messages on my phone trick’ which he pulls every year, as if that was going to stop us. We got his phone out and made sure there was nothing else and then proceeded to carry him to the pool. He was holding on to the benches so we just took them with us. hahaha. In he goes.
• Bac was laughing his head off, but realised he hadn’t been in the pool yet either, everyone headed his way. He didn’t put up too much of a fight and in he went.
• Rob was the last guy left to not be thrown in the pool. I knew this one was gonna be hard. We all got Rob into a corner and he was holding the gate for a bit but we got him to let go of that, got his phone out his pocket and then he was threatning everyone that he was going to bottle them on the head with his beer. He looks pretty angry, wish someone got a photo of all this actually. Not really sure what happened but there was a bit of a scuffle and Rob stayed dry, all sorted, heppy times.
• Dunno where Tony was in all of this, must have been slammin down drinks as this comes in to play a little later in the night…stay tuned!
• Bit more music/drinking/swimming/etc it gets close to midnight. I think we had it on SAFM and they either didn’t countdown or we all missed it, so we just started our own countdown at around 12:02am.
• HAPPY NEW YEAR 2008 – Hugs and Kisses, ass grabs too!
• DJ Heath got back on his high-end equipment for round 2 of his music extravaganza.
• There was some pizza left over still, it was cold but still tasted ok. Dave offered some pizza to Tony and he just karate chopped that out of Daves hand. I had a bit of a laugh but Dave was had more of a ‘Oh no Tony’s out of control’ type look. It’s as though he’s seen it before. He seemed at peace with it, as I dont think there was anything he could do to stop it. Just a bit of a smile and walked off.
• We went back inside and sat with Heath for a bit. Managed to get a photo of Tony here:

• I went back outside for some more swimming pool action, the pool was so good!
• Margaret spent around the next hour on the hammock sleeping. She was drunk? / Tired?
• We took Tony into the pool as it might sober him up a bit. He kept calling me his bitch from about this point onwards and had it in for me. I couldn’t get away from him. He dived in, grabbed my legs and headbutted my balls as hard as he could. MAN!
• We decided to play ‘fish Tony into the pool’ I’m not really sure why Tony was playing but he did. He kept sitting on the side of the pool and we would use the foam sticks in the pool to tempt him into grabbing one. Most of the time he’d pretty much fall back on the grass, but it wouldn’t be too long before we got a bite and pulled him in. He willingly got back out and did this about 8 – 10 times. hahahaha.
• I decided to get out the pool and dry off ready to go home now. Woke Margaret up and we sat around for a little while and Carkus took us back home.
• Not sure how long everyone else stayed for. Dave tells me there were AWESOME chicken wings later. spewin!

UPDATED:  

• I forgot to ad this as well. Earlier in the night me and Tony plotted to throw dave in the pool. We got him from either side but he is one hard guy to move. We couldn’t get him in and he complained about having his good shorts on. We let him go. Tony and me went and discussed our plan and Tony mentioned he hated those shorts anyway. Not too long after dave went to the toilet and we hid around the side of the house, we recruited Heath and Mark as well. As Dave came out we ambushed him and picked him up and threw him in. Didn’t even have his good shorts on either.. Lying biatch
